Everything was very clean, quiet neighborhood, very well maintained garden with covered terrace seating to relax, spacious room with another covered terrace seating area, free parking on the street. His advices about things to see and do around all Sardinia were great, also the restaurant recommendations (he also books tables). Ample choice for breakfast and fresh bakery of ones choice.
